One of the uniforms that I have worn which to me is quite distinctive has to be my school uniform. It consists of a green tie followed by a long sleeved white suit covered by a long grey dress. My parents were the ones who purchased the uniform and I remember them making sure I had all the necessary pieces. Well, I wear it to school almost twice a week and I think the requirement to wear this uniform not only emphasized discipline of my peers but also foster a sense of unity to my school among my peers and me. Well, at first initially I didn’t pay much attention to it and saw it as just another outfit. Well, however, my perspective changed when I began noticing the uniforms of students from other schools comparing my uniform to theirs. I started to appreciate its quality and color combinations which to me seemed to be much more compatible and exceptional comparing to theirs. I also felt a sense of pride realizing that our uniform was not only attractive but also uniquely styled which made me grateful for what I had.
