I would like to talk about a specific, specific unusion meal which I tried two years ago. Actually, two years ago I went to a trip with my friends in Kashmir and, uh, where we went to local market. While exploring the market, we decided to try a local dish. To be honest, we were really excited to try it for the first time. And that’s why we went to a local restaurant where I tried a very unique dish. The name of the dish was siddhu. It is, ah, a quite popular dish of kashmir. It looks like a giant momo and always served, uh, with the, uh, green chili sauce and, uh, coconut curry. The um, the dish was quite eye catchy as it was serv with some kind of sesame seeds. And, and when I took the first white, I was really amazed because the siddhu was really delicious and the curry was. Curry was ste. Flavorful. To be honest, I didn’t try that dish before. That’s why this was really unique and unusual meal for me. And, uh, and I was the moon that I got, uh, chance to try it for the first time. And my friends were equally happy and excited, excited for that dish. When they also tried that dish, they were also happy and they can’t explain in the world what we had just eaten. And it was an amazing dish and we had, ah, a great experience. To be honest, I always recommend my friends about different kind of, uh, local foods because I am a foodie person and I always love to try new dishes. And that’s why my friends always ask for recommendation for special kind of dishes and I always help them.
