Okay, so the website I would like to talk about is this very famous e-commerce site that has risen in popularity over the last few years in Bangladesh. It’s called Daraas and the item I bought from this store was a white sneaker. So I mainly wanted to buy a white sneaker as my aunt gifted me some money when she returned from Germany and she told me to buy some shoes with it. So I decided on buying this Edyta’s white sneaker with black stripes. And unfortunately, I really wasn’t satisfied with what I bought as when I opened up the box, I was greeted with a shoe size that wasn’t identical to mine. It basically scammed me and provided me with a child size Edyta’s shoe. Like I think a toddler would be fit to wear it and my shoe size is like 8, American size 8, which is a bar cry from what they provided me. And after that, I basically complained on their website that they provided me with this and they were actually very supportive about it. They refunded me like 90% of my money and the seller was taken off the website and that was actually quite nice to see. And ever since then, I turned that negative experience into a positive one. As recently, I again got the chance to meet the aunt that gifted me the money to buy the shoes and I returned the favor by giving her toddler the shoe and it went pretty well with him. So yeah, overall, this has taught me a lesson to not buy things online.
