Okay, now I'm going to talk about an activity which helps to stay healthy and fit. As you know, health is wealth, and therefore everybody should take their fitness issues seriously to live a happy and healthy life. One of the best ways to remain fit and healthy is to try some kinds of physical activities. The activity for me is jogging. It's been a month since I started this activity, and there were several reasons why I started this sport. For example, not waking up early, and even when I wake up in the morning, I don't have enough energy to do something. The main reason is being overweight. Of course, it was not easy to start jogging in the first week. I had a lot of difficulties. For example, my leg muscles hurt a lot after running. But a week was enough for me to adapt to such activities, and now it doesn't cause any difficulties for me. If I talk about the benefits of jogging, one of the primary benefits is that it helps people reduce their weight. Jogging burns more calories than practically any other aerobic activity. In addition, running for at least ten minutes a day can significantly lower your risk of cardiovascular diseases.
