Okay, now I’m going to talk about an activity which, uh, helps to stay healthy and fit. As you know, health is wealth, and therefore everybody should take their fitness issues seriously. To live a, uh, happy and healthy life. One of the best way to remain un feit and healthly is to try some kinds of physical activities. The activity is now to me as jogging. It’s been a month since I studied this activity. And there were several reason where I started this sport. For example, not waking up early and even I wakee up morning, uh, not enough energy to do something. And the main reason is overwrite being overrite. Of course, it was not easy to start jogging in the first week. I had a lot of difficulties. For example, my leg muscles hurred a lot after running. But, uh, a week was enough for me to adapt, uh, to such activities. And now, uh, doesn’t cause any difficulties for me. And if I talk about benefits of jogging, one of the primary benefits of jogging is that it helps people to reduce their white jogging burnners more calories than practically any other acrobic activity. In addition, running for, uh, least ten minutes a day can significantly lower your risk of Cari V cardivvascular diseases.
