Well, to maintain my physical and mental well-being, I have adopted various worthwhile habits including yoga, exercise, meditation, and so on. But today I would like to talk about a particular activity that I do to keep my body fit and promote healthier living, which is yoga. Although this activity has become an integral part of my life, if I don’t do it, I feel like something is missing from my routine, and it does not contribute to my happiness. When I was a child, I struggled with obesity. My friends and neighbors even called me a balloon, which was a huge reason my mother, being health-conscious, insisted that I learn yoga. She believed it could help me get rid of my obesity, but being stubborn, I overlooked her advice. However, after about one or two months, my doctor recommended that if I didn’t lose weight, I would face serious health issues, such as high blood pressure, which instilled fear in my mind. I agreed with my mother’s perspective and decided to try learning yoga. I remember that at the beginning, it was quite tough for me. I was not an early bird, and performing yoga in the morning was difficult as I had to change my habits. But as practice makes perfect, nowadays I perform all yoga poses accurately, and I have extensive knowledge of how and why we perform them. Furthermore, yoga has become a crucial part of my life. It not only brings numerous benefits for my physical health but also promotes my mental health. I can easily concentrate on a particular task for a long period, and I can think outside the box, which is essential for my growth, both personally and professionally. So finally, I would say yoga is a significant activity that I do, and I consider it a worthwhile habit for staying healthy and helping me keep my body fit.

But today I would like to talk about a particular activity which I do for making my body fit and free and to promote my healthier living, that is yoga. Although nowadays this activity has become an integrated part of my life, like if I never do this, I feel like something is missing from my routine and this is not promoted to my happier living. But once a time when I was a child, I was really under obesity. Therefore not only my friends but also my neighbours called me as a balloon and it is a huge reason behind my mother being health conscious insisted to me in order to learn yoga. Like it could help me to get rid from obesity but being stubborn I overlooked the conversation of my mom. But I think approximately one and two months doctor recommended me. If I never lost my weight then I would confront some serious health issues, for example high blood pressure which lines really instill fear in my mind. And I agreed with this statement of my mother like I tried to learn yoga. Although I remember exactly at the beginning it was quite tough for me, like I was a lot of early bird and yoga performing in the morning and I found difficulty in order to change my habit. But as practice makes person perfect and nowadays I perform all yoga very accurately and I have exorbitant knowledge how and why we perform to it. As well as furthermore yoga has become a more crucial part of my life. Like it not only brings so many merits for my physical health but also promoted to my mental health. Like I can easily concentrate on a particular task for a long period as well as I can think out of books which is very essential for my growth. Whether that is personal or professional. So finally I would say yoga is a particular thing which I do and I consider it is a worthwhile habit for staying healthier living and help me to make my body fit.
