That’s probably scrolling through social media, particularly Instagram. That article that you even know, I know it was the considerable amount of my time. I usually do it in the evening, especially after I finish studying or working. I normally tell myself that I’ll just take a short break and watch a video through Alex. However, what starts as a five-minute break and is turning into half an hour or even an hour is that makes you noticing how much time has passed. The mere reason I do it is simply because it’s a new way to switch off mentally. After spending several hours studying or concentrating on something, I sometimes don’t want to do anything demanding. I just want to lay down, put my phone and get something entertaining. There’s also an industry of short videos, so there’s always something new to watch. However, I concentrate on it the best of time because I feel like it is in particular the value of it. I might remember one or two interesting videos, but most of the content is short-lived and easy to forget. More important, it can improve interopment concentration, for example, if I take a break But starting I also I can find it’s price is quite difficult to put aside my phone and get back to work.
