Okay so the article some days ago especially the last week I read an article on health issue the article is on importance of mental health and mental mental health on the BBC health website. So it is attract my attention because nowadays it is very much noticeable that we are suffering from mental health and mental issues problems especially the young people they are suffering from depression they are suffering from insomnia and all other things. So after reading so many news article I became curious to read something some some article which is related to related to our mental health so the article is so much well organized there it not only focus on the problem it but also focused on how we should overcome all those problems. So in the article the researchers are mentioned that the mental health is very much important as our physical health because physical health is depend on our mental health if you are mentally stable and you will be you will also be a physically stable without your mental satisfaction or without your mental instability you will not be able to focus on your study on your work or you will be in a health hazard situation in your life. So how we should overcome all those problems? They say we should take regular exercise early in the morning before going to work. We should take a break a short break from our work day-to-day work and also if it is possible we should go to any places especially visit any places which and which which is very much helpful to refresh our mind
