And honeyly speaking, the first time I read it I will completely surcribe because’detail I can say that it can be considered as aensive uh, comprehensive book about everything healthies. Not just about the food that contain vital nutrients, but also subject me uh, a healthy schedul all to maintain a healthy weight. Pa to back to the best. About a year ago I don’t know why, but I decided to pursue a sedentary lifestyle and and at a research I certainly be aware of condition. I can’t even have my parents in doing housework or uh, something like that. But my attitude uh, will turn around when everybody uh around me motivly me to train uh regarding the magazine uh, is convven me to adopt aalanced diet to keep a lean body and stay in safe. Uh, furthermore uh, it also purured me to, you know, hitat the trim regularly. It says, it says y it might help me to burn calorie and bur musle. And uh and I need to admit that uh, it was right. Right now I feel like fit at a fidle. So yes, I think the money that I pay for this magazine uh it work for it now.

Regarding the magazine, it convinced me to adopt a balanced diet to keep a lean body and stay safe. Furthermore, it also spurred me to, you know, hit the gym regularly. It says, it says that it might help me to burn calories and build muscle. And, and I need to admit that it was right. Right now, I feel like I'm fit as a fiddle. So yes, I think the money that I paid for this magazine was worth it now.
