I'd like to tell you about the environmental issue in my hometown. It's air pollution, and nowadays the majority of residents experience poor air quality for several reasons. This is mainly driven by the increase in the number of people who use personal vehicles to commute to work or study, such as cars and motorbikes. Additionally, this is partly due to excess fumes from factories. There are a variety of factories and companies that produce waste every single day. Consequently, the percentage of people who suffer from respiratory diseases, especially children and the elderly, has been increasing because of this. Furthermore, the government has tried to improve public transportation to make it more attractive so that local people will use public transportation instead of their personal vehicles.
