He was unwilling to complete his tasks and even criticized me for my requirements. I took this situation into account and had a conversation with him. For instance, I asked questions regarding his behavior and unwillingness, then I informed him that his performance might lead to failures and an inability to demonstrate teamwork. He was quite embarrassed and immediately apologized to me. Afterward, he reshaped his overall behavior and was willing to become disciplined. Consequently, despite experiencing misunderstandings, my leadership skills encouraged me to tackle them and offer guidance. All in all, this experience gave me a sense of pride as I was able to become well tempered and resilient in order to address challenging situations.
