One of the best experiences I have had with good service in a store happened about a year ago at a small clothing store in Hanoi. I had been searching for a formal outfit for an upcoming wedding, but I wasn't entirely sure what would suit the occasion or my style when I entered the store. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The salesperson, a young woman named Mai, asked me about the type of events I was attending and listened actively to my preferences. I shared a few options, and she explained why certain styles, colors, and patterns would work better for a formal outdoor wedding, which was impressive. What stood out was her attention to detail. She considered everything from the season to the time of the event. When I tried on the outfit, she provided honest and constructive feedback, which I truly appreciated.
