I would like to talk about an experience when I wasn't strictly allowed to use my phone. It was about four months ago when I was taking a very serious professional education exam. Before we entered the building, the invigilators collected our phones and put them in a box. While we were waiting for the exam to start, I first felt bored and wondered what I could do. Then I found myself talking to a person next to me. We discussed the preparation period and how nervous we were about the exam results. Fortunately, this helped me decrease my anxiety. When they collected my phone, I initially felt very weird, as if I had lost the most important part of myself. But looking back, I understand that it taught me a lesson about my dependence on my phone. I realized that I should decrease my screen time.

I would like to talk about an experience that I wasn’t strictly allowed to use my phone. It was about 4 months ago, I was taking very serious professional education exam. and before we enter the building, invigilators collected other funds and put it in the box, I first of all while we don’t give an exam we were waiting for preparation during preparation and this time first of all I felt I felt bored and I given it now what can I do but then I found myself that I was stopping to a person next to me we talked about a preparation period and also how we are nervous about this exam results and then fortunately it helped me to decrease my I think when they collect my phone firstly I felt very weird and it was like I had lost my most important part but when I look at back I understand that it give me a lesson that how I was dependent on phone and I understand that I should decrease my screen time.
