So I will tell you about my rule. Occasionally, this rule has a long history and started when I worked at my previous workplace in secondary school. Currently, I'm a teacher in a specialized school, and I follow this rule every day, all the time, every day of my life. This rule consists of only one sentence: Pay attention to your reactions. This rule helps me a lot, especially in stressful circumstances and situations. You know, teachers have to deal with a lot of students and a lot of people, and sometimes this situation can occur when you're dealing with the parents of our students. I can give an example: when you have to deal with a nervous person and you find yourself in a stressful condition, you just need to pay attention to your reactions and stay calm. That will help you greatly in not showing your emotions and accurately describing your statement and stating your position in any situation. This rule can be applied not only at work but in almost every kind of life situation. In every kind of life situation, we have to face challenges because our life does not only consist of happy moments; we also have to face difficulties while we are living and striving here on this planet. This rule is a great one, and I always follow it. It helps me a lot, and I try to teach my sons to follow that rule as well. I repeat it every day when they're starting off to school. That's great.
