You know teachers have to deal with a lot of with a lot of students and with a lot of people and sometimes especially this situation can be occurred when you’re dealing with parents of our students. So I I can give an example when you have to deal with some nervous person and you feel yourself in a stress condition you just need to pay attention to your reactions and you must stay calm. That will help you greatly to not show not in not showing your emotions and to accurately describe your statement and state your position in any situation. It may this rule can be applied not only at work but almost in every kind of our life situations. On every kind of life situations we have to face during our life because our life is not only consist of happy moments but we also have to face some difficulties and challenges while we are living and striving here on this planet. So this rule is a great one and I always follow it and it helps me a lot and I try to learn my sons to follow that rule also I repeat it every day when they’re starting off to school. That’s great.
