Well, few years ago after completing my higher secondary education, I had three months to wait for my selection in college or university. That time I decided to take some classes such as dancing, skating, cooking. I was so passionate and obsessed with cooking so I chose that. About in January to March, I joined cooking classes. First I took reference from my friend. She knew about the best looking classes in my hometown as there were so many cooking classes in my hometown so I got confused. Every day I went to learn for about 2-3 years. I learned so many different things. Firstly, it took so difficult for me because whenever I made something at my home, I used some kind of food colors or flavoring agents. But in the classes, I was not allowed to use that. Instead of I have to use organic things. So it was so hard for me to balance a taste. Then later I got habituated and learned so many dishes. Even I want to learn so many bakery items. I also learned how to make pastry, cakes, pancakes. It was an awesome experience for me. Even after that, on my birthdays or occasions, I always make homemade cakes and pastries for my relatives and friends. It gave me a joy. It was an incredible experience for me.
