Good morning. Firstly the conversation that I want to recall is recent conversation with one of my friends in college. And it actually happened during a phone call in weekend, that is in Sunday morning. When I woke up I just called her and I wanted to talk about how we are going to have our future, like after 20 years, that is how we are going to sit and talk about what we did 10 years back. The conversation was initiated by her, like she asked me what I am going to do, like how I am going to set my career and all. And the most important thing that I found the conversation which was interesting is due to that I personally believe in order to have a good listener, you have to be a good speaker. So that is the reason I found it interesting. And whatever you share with someone, it is not necessary that the person should validate your opinions. But though if they disagree or agree, if they validate your opinion, there is a form of sense that you can get connected with them in a really reliable way. So that makes me feel connected with her. And though we have so many people around us, we don’t feel that kind of comfort with everyone who are around us. And so that is the reason I chose her to speak about my personal perspectives or personal stuff that I would like to do in another 5 more years. It was a midday morning in Sunday and I just called her with a cup of tea in my hand. And it was soothing, like when you wake up in the morning and you still have that kind of sleepy voice and someone is there listening to you, like that is what we actually need in our life. There is nothing much that we need in our life. We don’t need so many friends to listen to us. One good friend is equal to 1000 books is what I would better or either say. So it’s all about how we are going to set a career in biotechnology since we are biotechnology graduates. Thank you.
