So now, I'm going to talk about a memorable experience from last week when I met an old woman. She was about 65 or 67 years old, and I met her in the park when I was feeling a bit down. She caught my attention while she was walking and doing slide exercises, and she was also wearing headphones. That made her look really attractive and stylish. Then she approached me because she said I looked upset. She came to me with a warm smile and asked how I was feeling. During our conversation, she gave me a lot of advice to stay positive and that nothing is impossible if I have determination. I really admire her because I believe that age is just a number, and it depends on your outlook on life. It means you choose how to live a happy life or a bad life. It all depends on your decisions.
