So now I would like to talk about an interesting old person I met last week. I met an old woman who was around 75 or 76 years old, likely the same age as my grandmother. She caught my attention when she was walking, doing a lot of exercises, and also wearing headphones in the park. I met her when I was feeling a bit down, and she looked really fashionable, stylish, and beautiful. When she noticed me sitting on a bench looking upset, she approached me with a warm smile and asked how I was feeling. During the conversation, she gave me some advice to lift my mood. She told me to stay positive and that nothing is impossible if I have determination. Her advice inspired me a lot and lifted my mood. I told her that the conversation with her made me realize that age is just a number, and the most important thing is that our outlook on life matters. It’s all about the way we choose to live. This encounter reminded me that wisdom and positivity can come from anyone, regardless of age.
