Jebel al-Nour in Mecca was one of the most amazing places I have ever been to, and I went there earlier this year with my family. Jabal al-Nour was on our list because of its profound significance in Islam and its stunning views. At the top of the mountain is the cave of Hira, the cave where the first verse of the Quran was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. The trip was during the spring, and it was cloudy with a light rain. My family and I started our journey early in the morning to avoid the heat. As we made our way to the base of the mountain, I felt a mixture of excitement and reverence, knowing that this mountain holds a special place in the hearts of Muslims all over the world. Once we started climbing, it was very difficult. The mountain is about 642 meters high, and it took us about 4 hours to climb. It was exhausting, but it was worth it. As we climbed, the views became more and more stunning, and with each step, we felt like we were discovering something new. Especially with the family bonding experience along the way. The moment we reached the top, all the fatigue disappeared, and the panoramic view from the summit was absolutely breathtaking. We took many photos to capture the moment. As I stood at the top, I felt a mixture of gratitude, peace, and awe at the natural beauty and history that surround this place. It was a unique combination of physical challenge and spiritual significance that made the experience truly unforgettable and one that I will cherish for years to come.
