One object that I clearly remember from childhood is a pair of shoes that I was gifted by my grandmother. These shoes were crocheted by my grandmother, and I loved them because they were so comfortable and made with love. You know, it takes a lot of effort and love to crochet a pair of shoes for a person. So they were so beautiful, and I liked them. I used to wear them everywhere, to church, to hide, everywhere I went. And in grade 6, when I went to boarding school, I packed them in my bag even though I knew they wouldn't suit my legs, but I just went with them to school just to keep them as a souvenir. And I loved them because, you know, they showed me how much my grandmother loved me, and they showed the commitment and dedication that she has towards making me comfortable and making me happy. So this object is basically my best, and I still keep it to this day.
