A few months ago, I received advice that completely changed how I think about health. I don’t usually ask for advice, but this time it came at the perfect moment. During my school lessons, I wasn’t taking care of myself at all. I would skip meals, drink pretty little water, and barely move from my desk. My mom realized that I decided to share something important with me. She said, if you lose your health, you lost everything. Start with small chains, drink water regularly, eat balanced nutrients, and take a short walk every day. However, the stock dropped with me. I started by making smaller judgments. Drink more water and take it regularly at times, once I got used to that, I had to short walk to my routine. Over time, these small habits added up, and I became feeling healthier and more energetic. This experience taught me a simple but perfect lesson. Even small steps can lead to big improvements. Today, I feel much better and more balanced, all thanks to my mom’s social advice.
