So two months ago, when my Turkish, uh, friend came to Baku to visit, uh, her family and relatives, who are Azerbaijanis, we, um, met and we wanted to catch up. And, uh, she took me to a turkish restaurant in Baku. And, uh, she told me that she would be happy if I tried some turkish food. And, uh, I was so excited about that because since, um, when I was a kid, I always watch turkish youtubers eating, ah, various food. And I know that their, um, cousin have, um, a wide array of different foodains which contain, um, meat and vegetables. So I really wanted to try. So we went to that restaurant and we ordered some turkish mantte ande. Uh, the food looked really appetizing and I couldn’t resist, but ate them all. Turkish was so delicious. I actually didn’t expect it to be this delicious. It was actually similar to azerbaiian dushera. But duser is a type of food. But Turkish, um, mantu is a, um, meal. It’s, um, a type of main course meal. And after that, we ate quineifee, which is, I think, part of an arabian culture. Ah, an arabian cousin food. Um, and that was really delicious, too. I didn’t expect a dessert that contains, uh, cheese being so delicious, but it was so tasty. And I think in the future I will come back to turkish culture and turkish meals because, uh, I think there are more meals to explore floo in turkish culture. And I really want to visit Turkey someday and eat, um, turkish man there in its native land because now it kind of turned, um, into my favorite meal in the world.

The food looked really appetizing, and I couldn't resist eating it all. The Turkish mantı was so delicious! I actually didn't expect it to be this good. It was similar to Azerbaijani dushbara, but dushbara is a type of dumpling, while Turkish mantı is a main course meal. After that, we ate kunafa, which I believe is part of Arab cuisine. It was really delicious too. I didn't expect a dessert containing cheese to be so tasty, but it was! I think I'll definitely explore more of Turkish cuisine in the future. I really want to visit Turkey someday and eat Turkish mantı in its native land because it's become one of my favorite meals in the world.
