One time I had to wait for a really long time when I was waiting for my parents to pick me up after my extraordinary activity at school. The day but we finished around 4 o’clock in the afternoon and usually my parents came right away but that day they didn’t arrive until almost Monday which was around 6 o’clock. At first I told maybe they were just a little late so I waited in front in front of the school gate with a few of my friends. After a while, my friends got picked up one by one, and I was the only one left. I started to feel a bit worried because it was getting darker, and the school area was becoming really quiet. Later, my mom called and told me that there was heavy traffic because of an accident on the main road and that’s why they couldn’t come earlier in there. I tried to stay calm but honestly I felt bored, tired and a little scared since it was already evening. When they finally arrived, I was so relived and happy. My parents apologized and we laughed about it on the way home. The The experience taught me to be more a pet lens and to always bring something to do, like a book or my phone, whenever I have to read for a long time.
