Band 6+: Describe an occasion when you heard a stranger speaking on the phone

Now I’d like to talk about a time when I heard someone speaking on the phone and I must confess that it didn’t happen that long ago. It actually happened a couple of years back when I was preparing for the IELTS exam and on my way to the IELTS exam, because I was taking the taxi, I heard someone speaking on the phone in the background. I didn’t know who that person was, but I decided to strike up a conversation with him and get to know. And I started approaching him slowly because I didn’t want to threaten or do something like that. And when I started talking to him, I didn’t notice that I was disturbing him. And he started swearing and told me to get the fuck out of here. And I really didn’t feel great at that time. However, after a while, I met him again and became friends. And because of that phone call he was making to his mom, I really didn’t want to disturb anyone, however, I did it. And because of that, we became friends and it was memorable.
