These kinds of situations often happen in my life. So today I would like to describe an incident that occurred a year ago while we were at the workplace. In the afternoon, we decided to eat somewhere for lunch, and we chose a restaurant that had just opened. Despite being new, this restaurant was very well known around the city. When we reached there, we ordered the food and asked the waiter to bring it as quickly as possible because we were very hungry. Despite our requests, our food was served after an hour. On top of this, my husband found something in his bowl. We were very dissatisfied with the service and decided to complain about this poor service. However, when we complained, the waiter was very neglectful and didn't want to hear us. So we left the restaurant at the end of the meal and asked the restaurant for a refund.
