Well, this question reminds me of one time I helped my cousin Peter learn how to be the team leader in the Lulu outreach social practice activity last summer vacation. I was part of the leadership team in this competition and we achieved a title of top 100 national team. So I could give him insights into management and leadership. Peter is my cousin with big eyes, and he particularly enjoyed participating in different kinds of competitions because it is a great way for him to improve himself and meet like-minded people. Peter and I sat down, and I talked about the importance of choosing the right topic as well as forming a strong team. I also discussed the things he should keep in mind before the research and the importance of thorough research. Peter quickly understood it. When Peter actually participated in the competition, he did really well. During the research, he managed things to ensure he was well prepared, and through the research, he divided the tasks and encouraged his team. When it came to the output, he wrote a target report and created a promotional video for his hometown. He even gave a talk at the university. I felt very proud of him. Peter was very grateful to me and even bought ice cream for me as a thank you. I felt very glad about this experience because I love sharing my knowledge with him. After that, we found we had a lot more common topics, and we often studied together and quizzed each other. I feel very happy I could pass my knowledge to him. Well, that's pretty much it.
