Well I could remember an occasion when I had a family member with my skills. Well this happened right after the 12th standard board exams when I go from Rottak to Delhi to my aunt in my vacations. My aunt had invited me for the vacation and she wanted to show me the best beautiful places in Delhi. She owns a small grocery shop in Delhi and during my visit one of her employees said that he had to go to his hometown because of some emergency for a week. It became difficult for my aunt to manage her store at home. So I suggested that I could help with her customers and deliveries. Initially my aunt was hesitant and refused to get help from me but I insisted my aunt to help to take some help from me then she agreed with it. Despite being short period of just one week I started assisting her in the store managing orders, customer orders and deliveries. It was a great experience to learn how small businesses operate and how to interact with customers. I enjoyed the sense of responsibility and felt good, satisfied knowing that my support made a difference. After her employee returned she thanked me with buying some gifts and taking me on a tour of Delhi. I felt grateful with this experience because it had learned me good skills of customer handling.
