So today I would like to talk about a YouTube video which taught me about my favorite chinese food recipe. Actually I am foodie person and I like to eat the variety of foods. Just like fast foods such as manchurian, Ch ##in and many other. I remember that last month I was free at my abod so I started to scroll all through YouTube videos. As we know, the Internet is an ocean of knowledge. I wanted to watch Manchura recipe because at that time I went want to make Manchurian by myself. Suddenly one video grabbed my intention and this picture uploaded by one of the famouslogger in my hometown, Ripur. Moreover, firstly I washed this for two times. Then I look looking for some ingredients at my home. The recipe need many type of commodities such as cabbage, onion and refinite wheat floor. But suddenly I did not find uh wheat flour at home which is very important part of recipe. So after that I went to the market and bought it from there. Furthermore, I followed many steps one by one which shows in video. Firstly, I cut and grate the cabbage and then add chopped onion, salt, spices and many other in the bowl. After this, filter the water of cabbage and then add flourr into the mixture and mix well and make the small round shaped manchurian then fried into the oil at medium flame on the stove. After this then Manchurian add in different type of sauces which enhance its taste. In a nutshell, despite eating habits of different dishes, I also interest in making chinese dish by myself.
