I love to go outside with my friends or my family most of the time during weekends I went to different places to visit or spend quality time with them so last Friday I went for a small picnic in a small park called Al Nahiyan Park there we have played a different games but for me the favorite activity that I do activity that I entertained there as playing football we went together with my colleague I went together with my colleagues and they also brought their children to around nine children were there and I was a young person in our collision group so I love to spend time with my children so we have decided to do some activities as we were in the school and we haven’t get much time to release our stress and as a stress buster I recommend football and it was a nice park and there are much enough space to play football and we teamed as a team to there and I played with the children it was so fun and we are not much aware about the rules of the football and how it to be played but we created our established our own rules and we explored the whole area and it was so fun I was overwhelmed with the joy to spend quality time out or with those kids because being with the kids always makes me happy and also for all of them being with the kids always makes others happy too so this is one of the activity that we played and another one is it is not quite familiar for all it’s like raising with us a lemon in the spoon and that was also so exciting for me all the students including my colleagues joined with us and that was one of the favorite time that I spend with up spent outdoor with my
