Because most of people would talk about baking or making some dessert, they would make some American or typical dessert such as pancakes or red velvet cake. But for me specifically, I want to be able to, or at least try to make authentic Thai dessert. I first hear about it from a book that I read when I was younger. It was actually a comic book that talks about traditional Thai dessert. And I see how delicate it is. It also, moreover, it also looks very yummy and delicious. It looks very colorful, delightful, and I would want to taste them on my own and, you know, try to make it myself. However, I think it is also very difficult to be able to do that because I would need like a very specific equipment, baking equipment. Also, I also believe that I would have to have a very strong determination and persistence to be able to fully make that Thai food to be edible and yummy and correct to its own traditional recipe.
