Well, that's an interesting question. In Nepal, a multicultural country, different communities have their own unique and important foods. However, the Brahmin community is known for creating several popular dishes. They often prepare dishes like sekuwa, bhatua, and thakali set. I particularly admire the thakali set, which is prepared in various styles and incorporates ingredients common in our country. One other favorite food of mine is diro and gundruk. These dishes are even recognized as good foods in major hotels and restaurants. They are traditional foods that hold significant social and cultural values in our society. They are also rich in nutrition and protein. In Nepal, diro and gundruk are widely consumed by people of all ages as they are believed to be beneficial for health. I grew up eating these foods and I have a great fondness for them. The last popular food on my list is sel roti. It is a round-shaped bread made from rice flour, dipped in a hot oil and then fried. It is made widely on various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and even during major Hindu festivals like Dashain. I enjoy sel roti because of its sweet taste. The sel roti, uh, also fascinates the attention of most people. The most captivating aspect of sel roti is its softness, which initially drew my attention. Indeed, nowadays, the popularity of this food is escalating at an alarming rate.
