I have visited many historical buildings but the one that I am most interested and admired by is this Homa Temple which is situated near the city of Viharwal. It is actually my grandfather’s home there and home I visit in every vacation. And this have been one of the key reasons that I visited every time I visit my grandfather’s house. It is a big temple expanded into a very large area in the front area of the temple where you enter. There is a large rack like service crowded where you can keep all your valuables because the items like phone, wallets and bells are not allowed due to the security reasons. You have to remove them at that place and keep it inside the locker. Also there is a big ground present just beside it where you can feed birds like pigeons and crows. They are abundant at present like that. Also it has a very big dome at the center of the temple and it is fully air conditioned which is really strange when considered from a point of temple. Also the interior room where the idol is present. It is also coated with pure wood and also some most of the columns in the temple are coated with pure wood. The fact that I like about the temple is it has been persistent and it has been rebuilt many times. During the historic period it has been re-built by the Persian rulers and have been re-built many times. But all the times it has been rebuilt and the last time Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a politician helped to make it bigger and develop it. From this I learnt that it is a really significant part of our Hindu culture and I really like the building and also it has a beach too. Many times I just go there to relax and have a quiet environment.
