I'm going to talk about one of the most important decisions I've ever made, which was to start preparing seriously for the IELTS exam. At first, I wasn't sure whether I should do it because it required a lot of practice and time, but I realized it was so important that it could shape my future career and education. I made the decision after talking to a few mentors and doing some research about the benefits of having a high score. It was difficult because I had to change my routine, sacrifice free time, and stay motivated every day. The result was definitely worth it. Not only did my English improve significantly, but I also became more disciplined. It probably comes as no surprise that this decision helped me grow both academically and personally.
