He was within my team, I was his supervisor so this is why I am close to him. Then he introduced me to his wife Mary. I believe that these two people are excellent parents because they don’t hit their children. They have this modern parenting technique where they sit and talk with their kids about their problems, their feelings. And their issues in general. For example, there was one time when their child Tom was having a problem at school. At first he denied it and didn’t want to talk about it but after about an hour of comforting him and giving him a peaceful environment, he talked and in fact he was being bullied at school and he was afraid of talking about this issue. After this Jack and Mary went to school and solved the whole problem. I believe that to be good parents you should have patience because kids are different. They tend to not talk a lot if they don’t feel safe and this can cause major issues in the future. So they have to be patient.
