It was in 2019 when I was renting a house. At that time the owner made sure that I took all the responsibility of the tenants living in that house with me and I assured him that I will take all the responsibility because I desperately needed the house at that time Moreover, the house owner was very kind to give us a discount as the house prices were touching the sky at that point of time. So I took that responsibility because it was working in our favor eventually. He told me to split all the bills like electricity, gas, water bills and divide it equally and send it to him at the end of the month. And I did it efficiently. So I had to make sure that the house is always pick and span throughout the day. So I delegated the duties among all the tenants of cleaning like kitchen cleaning, washroom and living area cleaning were common. So I organized all the tasks in a way that every member has certain duties. I also made sure that the garage area and the backyard is always clean because if it is not clean then we can get fine from municipality. So it was the big responsibility on my shoulders to take care of that too. Moreover the house keys and the post office keys were always with me. If anybody needed that key they make sure that they use it and give it back to me because those cost $300 security from the owner.
