One technology that I decided to stop using is a social media app, uh, called in Instagram. I used to spend a lot of time scrolling through my feed, liking and commenting on pictures and posting my own photos. However, I realized that I was becoming too dependent on the f and it was affecting my productivity and mental health. The constant notification and pressure to keep up with the latest trend, uh, and postwear taking off toll on my focus and concentration. I was also spending less time with my family and friends and I was always gaz to my phone. Moreover, I found myself comparing my life to others and feeling inucquate with was not a healthy habit. To overcome this issue, I decided to take break from Instagram and delete the app from my phone. It was uh, a difficult decision and I had a lot of followers and engroyid, um, sharing my pictures and experience with them. However, I knew it was necessary for my welling. Since then, I have been able to focus more on my work and hobbies and have a strength my relationship with my loved ones. I still use social media, but I limit my time and use it more consciously. Overall, it was uh, a positive decision for me and I feel much happier and healthier without Instagram.
