Before my marriage, I was really terrible at cooking, but after getting married, I faced lots of challenges in the kitchen while cooking for my husband's family. Today, I would like to talk about a person who supported, helped, and inspired me in cooking, and this person is my father-in-law. He is really supportive and very good at cooking different national dishes, and I learned the most from him. I remember the time when I had a baby; during that time, he could cook instead of me and told everyone that it was me who prepared the food. He is really good at preparing national dishes like plov, mantu, and tursu, and these dishes require special skills. My father-in-law used to be a baker, and we have special places for baking our national bread called noahona. He used to work there, and he is really good at making dough, rolling it, giving it shapes, and preparing and baking bread and fatir, and so on. I think he is really good at cooking because he puts his love into it, enjoys the process, and is fond of feeding everyone in the family with wholesome food. I believe that when a person is passionate about the activity they do, the outcomes are really good.
