The person I want to talk about is my university lecturer, Mr. Tom. Recently, he made a really good decision that I think had a big impact on his class. He decided to change the way he teaches. Instead of sticking to the old-school method of lecturing and using textbooks, he decided to mix things up a bit. He noticed that a lot of students were struggling to stay engaged, so he started incorporating more interactive activities and group projects into his lessons.
