But I think he’s a friend of mine is John as one of the relevant examples of this topic and because here I recently witnessed it one situation with, uh, related with my friend who’s a good decision and the time a couple of weeks ago, uh, per a person, a new carrier, and the time he has some unfilled feeling and segment about his carrier. And so in the time he leave after the phase and, uh, as I remarks that a couple of weeks ago, he, uh, changes carrier and means his job and pro I think it’s prolonged with the satisfaction, Council Officer, uh, changing his job, but he’s I think it’s I know my friend is he’s a resilient person, but I I say your max is prolonged with the satisfaction, comes off the situation. And when I talk about, uh, John, John is a big fish in a small spot, small pot, also in his cabin. Also, he’s a co worker always respecting with your management and with, uh, a job uh, job skills.
