And also I frequently use them to study in public places while watching YouTube videos, lectures on edX, or maybe various podcasts. It helps me a lot because in public places I think it is unacceptable and very rude to listen to your audio without headphones because it distracts other people and it is quite unnecessary for them to know what I’m doing and very distracting for them. Also in public places it is usually quite noisy since I enjoy studying in cafes in special zones or in co-working halls. My headphones they have a noise cancellation feature which helps me to focus on my tasks, on my material I’m going through so I don’t have any additional distractions in the form of rustling, shuffling of other people around. I can’t live without it since I study a lot. I’m applying abroad so I need to prepare for my exams, prepare a applications and for all these things I need to interact with audio and I prefer to study not at home because it helps me to stay focused and procrastinate less. That’s why my headphones are a very vital part of my everyday experience.
