Um. After the completion of my graduation my friend and I decided to went on a Dubai tree. At that time they decided that to experience new adventure a skydiving. But I am not ready to do that do that because I had galospphobia and so that I really did not want it to this adventure. But my friends motivated me and encouraged me to try this. This adventure. And also they understand the. Also they helped me to understand the safety reasons. Uh. So after the support I finally agreed on the decision. And um before the. Before this new adventure we had to attend a class where their mentor taught us the safety majors and the require the how to become um, how to become when you have a fear. So it’s really helpful for me then when it’s my turn to um, do this activity. Uh. When I sat on the set in the aeroplane my hand were sheiver and um. My heart rate run very fast. M my mind was totally freezed. And I cannot explain this uh, feeling because it is very tough for me. But after. But after experiences this adventure I felt really calm and uh. I really appreciate my ability to overcome the fear. Not only me but my friends also praised on me.
