I had like to speak about my afraidness, uh, and or stage fear in my life. Uh uh, I was studying in up to twelve standard. Uh, I had f fear to get in the stage or speak in front of uh, the audience. Uh, in my college life, uh, I tackle that defect by uh, doing many presentations, uh, and uh, seminar in the college. Uh, my uh uh, my sujitra ma’am. Uh, helped me to uh uh, avoid all my fairness, uh, in the stage. She helped me lot, uh uh, by giving confnce and uh, giving some advices. Uh, sometimes she even helped me to uh, give some notes to do, uh, well, in presentation or uh, other speech. After that, uh, I uh I came to last uh, year. Uh, I I totally changed my stage here. And uh, I also uh, become a uh, college leader, uh, in election. Uh, in electionen I I had many m speeches, uh uh, to the audience. Uh, this all uh uh, tackled me to avoid, um, my fearness. Uh, I had very uh, afraid to say few words in front of uh, students or staff members. Uh, but now I am confron to uh, say uh, things in front of the people, uh uh, so, uh, I feel proud of me to uh, avoid, m my fearness, uh, in the stage. Uh, I also thankful to sura, ma’am, uh, and um, my colleagues who support me.

I'd like to talk about overcoming my stage fright. Back in high school, I had a real fear of getting on stage or speaking in front of an audience. It was a significant obstacle for me. During college, I decided to tackle this fear head-on by participating in numerous presentations and seminars. My professor, Ms. Sujitra, was incredibly supportive and helped me overcome my anxieties. She provided me with confidence-boosting advice and even helped me prepare notes for presentations and speeches. With her guidance, I gradually gained more confidence. By the time I reached my final year, I had completely transformed my stage presence. I even ran for a leadership position in the student council, which involved giving many speeches to the student body. This experience helped me conquer my fear. I used to be terrified of speaking even a few words in front of classmates or faculty. Now, I'm comfortable speaking in front of people. I'm incredibly proud of myself for overcoming my stage fright. I'm also grateful to Ms. Sujitra and my fellow students for their support and encouragement.
