Some people doing different things such as work and yoga and some people also like more than exercise. But when I feel very boring in my work then I do different things. Actually it was just close my eyes for 5 minutes and then I feel very comfortable and it give me very relaxing. Actually when I feel very boring in my life then I do it or when I feel very boring for example after the exam day or when I feel very pressure then I do it and I think that it reduce my pressure and otherwise it easily concentrate my brain because this time I feel very over the moon and easily I concentrate in my work. Actually I do lot of times in it especially when I feel very stress in my life or any work. For example at this time I am a health candidate so when I try to complete a reading module or reading exam then I feel very distracted then I do it and then I close my eyes for 15 minutes and this time I feel very over the moon and I think that it work on proper way in my body and obviously I feel very relaxed.
