There are some tools nowadays distract me from my tasks. Social media is the primary cause of my low concentration in work in recent times. Therefore, I restrict my social media use on every weekdays by removing applications from my telephone and only I use it on weekends. First time when I was preparing for an important Olympiad in nice class, I felt that I need high concentration so I decided to find a way to keep myself concentrated. Afterwards, I did not use social media throughout 2 months. It really worked as I get gold medal from the Olympiad as a result of my hard working without any distraction. As it prevent me give attention to editing short videos and help me keep my brain more fresh, I stay highly concentrated during the days which I applied this method. Additionally, this method helped me to live life independent from technology and especially from the applications that make people addicted nowadays. It helped me to socialize more easily than the times which I use it every day. I
