Well, today I would like to talk about a traditional food in my country. The traditional food is dolma. Actually, we call it dolma. Dolma has a lot of good nutrition. It is made with rice and plant leaves, which are called grape leaves. Firstly, I would like to talk about the preparation of dolma. To begin with, we boil the leaves and rice, because the texture is so balanced in the dolma. After boiling the leaves, we lay them on the table, and the boiled rice is placed onto the leaves. It is amazing to me. I really love it. We eat it at every traditional festival or special event. Moreover, kids love it. Let me talk about the texture. You can feel that the dolma is crispy on the outside, but the inside is soft. Eating dolma, you can feel a balanced texture.
