I'd like to describe my favorite food, which is made for Novruz holiday, which celebrates the arrival of spring. You can buy Shakir Bra at any bakeries or shops across Azerbaijan, especially during Novruz holiday. Also, you can make it at home because the preparation is an activity that brings the family together. Shakir Bra is a sweet, crescent-shaped pastry filled with ground almonds or nuts and sugar. It is known for its delicate patterns, which are created by skilled bakers using tweezers. When it comes to how Shakir Bra is prepared, firstly, you need to prepare flour, batter, and milk. Then, roll out this pastry and fill it with a mixture of nuts and sugar. The most unique part of Shakir Bra is making patterns on it. This tradition has been passed down from generation to generation. I love Shakir Bra so much, not only because of its deliciousness, but also because it has a special meaning for all Azerbaijanis. Shakir Bra has left a mark on me.
