my favorite book is range and it show how generalist try over specialish. it basically rely on the notion that generalist is far better decision maker than generalist just because they have a lot more experience with other occupation and have been exposed to many other factors that could impact the decision. for example Van Gogh who has participated in many job occupation had an astounding artistic occupation astounding career path consider he only been an artist for the last three years of his life. he produce far better painting in his life and create a whole new genre of painting for the artistic world so if it impact me in a way that I’m more open for more career orientation for example I learned law after high school after university so my friend focus on how to get the best law job in Ho Chi Minh city now even though I have spent my horizon and look for more better fit job for me and not place heavily on the fact that I couldn’t get a law job. I figure it another occupation would better fit me and make me and encourage my potential to flourish and I really appreciate the author for creating this book.
