However, the first day of school is something we will always remember and, um, everyone experiences a mix of anxiety and happens here. I would like to talk about the first day at my school. When I was seven years old in 2010, I was accepted to a new school which is located in the urban area near to my city. My first day at my new school was completely new experience for me because, uh, there was a different atmosphere in the school. And anyhow, when I went to school on, um, the first day, I was feeling very hesitant because I didn’t know anything about that school and I was quite young, but I’m sure I might have been scared to my parents and, uh, enter a new life with the new people around, um, that you are greeted by the principal con us to the school and directed us to our new classroom. And our teacher introduced herself to us, who was warm and friendly person and I began to feel little more. It is the teacher began the day by introducing herself and asking each of us our share a little bit about ourselves. We then played some game and did some icebreaker activities to help us get to know each other. After that, we spent some time going over, um, rules of the classroom, also in school. At the end of the day, my parents came to me pick up. While I was nervous at first, I quickly adjusted to my environment and began to enjoy my school experience.
