Now, speaking in my entire life, I've had a number of opportunities to do different kinds of activities such as jogging, cycling, and swimming. However, in this talk, I'm going to discuss the activity that I do every day. It is usually walking in the park. It can be done indoors or outdoors; however, I prefer outdoors. I go to a beautiful park near my house that has a long trail surrounded by trees and flowers. I go there with my friends or neighbors for walking. For walking, I take my boots, I take my shoes, and wear my walking outfit. Then I go to work for four hours. Sometimes I go in the morning and in the evening. I prefer the evening because at that time the weather is calm and the atmosphere is peaceful. Every day I walk because it keeps my feet and physical health in check. I refresh my mind. Despite all the positive factors, there are negative aspects. Overworking is a problem; it can lead to joint pain. Considering all the factors, there is no doubt that it is the best way to maintain a fit body and increase my fitness level. In the future, I would like to work KVD.
