I am confident that my grandfather is an example of someone who seems like boundless energy. Now he is 75 years old and retired. Despite his age, he is a very active man. He could sleep late if he wanted, but he wakes up with the sun and starts his day doing more than just exercising and reading books. Throughout the day, he works in the field and in his garden, yet he never seems to feel tired. In fact, the more he does, the more energized he feels. It sounds funny, but if he doesn't do anything, he feels unwell. He always keeps himself busy with some kind of work. Sometimes I am now 17, and I rely on extra coffee at the end of the day. But he never needs caffeine. He believes that the most powerful source of energy comes from within. He doesn't feel like a burden, but rather as something that keeps him mentally and physically strong. I admire him, and I wish there were more people like him. People could find joy and purpose in staying healthy, active, and engaged with life.
