I am confident that my grandfather is an example of someone who seems like boneless energy. Now he is 75 years old and retired. Despite of his age, he is full of energy and very active man. He could sleep late if he wanted, but he wakes up with the sun and starts his day doing more than exercise and reading books. Throughout the day he works in the field and his garden, yet he never seems to feel tired. In fact, if he does more, he more energizes. It sounds funny, but if he doesn’t do anything, he feels unwell himself. He always keeps himself busy with some kind of work. Sometimes I am now 17 and sometimes I rely on extra coffee at the end of the day. But he never needs caffeine. He believes that the most powerful source of energy comes from within. He doesn’t feel like a burden, but as something that keeps him mentally and physically strong. I admire him and I wish there were more people like him. People could find joy and purpose in staying healthy and active and enjaded with life.
