Because I think loud conversations can be distracting, especially in quiet environments like libraries or public transport or even restaurants. Talking on a phone in public can be acceptable, but it depends on the setting. In places like parks or bc3s I think is generally fine. However, in some quieter spaces like public transport or libraries or restaurants, it’s better to keep conversations brief or even change the chatting method into tests like using WhatsApp or other social media apps.
